Know how is spilling over effect for four corner alliances

A Lesson in "The Spillover Effect":

When you read on the company website, it says that they use a "4 by 6 forced/fixed matrix" in the compensation plan. So, what does the "4 by 6 forced/fixed matrix" mean and how does it relate to your team building efforts?

This can be a bit tricky to understand, especially for new members. But once understood (and witnessed live in your backoffice), it's not only beautiful to see but also a very powerful team building approach.

Simply put, here is what it all means: each one of your levels can hold a specific number of people, as explained in that table we're all familiar with. The first level can only hold a maximum of 4 people, the second level a maximum of 16 people, and so forth..the system will automatically enforce that structure...

So, what happens when your first level is maxed out and you PERSONALLY sponsor a fifth person? Simple: that person will be pushed to your second level, to continue filling out your 16 second-level spots. This also means that when you look at your "Geneology Viewer" in your backoffice, that fifth person will not be attached directly beneath you; he/she will instead be attached beneath one of your 4 first-level people. You will often hear members refer to this as "the spillover effect".

The beauty of this "forced/fixed matrix" is that, that fifth (or sixth or seventh or fifteenth or onehundredth and so forth) guy will still count as being personally sponsored by you, even when they get pushed to your second or third or fourth-- and so forth-- levels, which means YOU WILL STILL RECEIVE THE 100% SPONSOR MATCHING COMMISSION from him/her regardless of where he/she ends up getting pushed to in your levels.

The second beautiful thing about this matrix is that your personal efforts will also help your team grow with you, because the spillover will give your downline ALL the benefits that will come with the team built by that spillover. The only thing the downline will miss will be the 100% Matching Commission because the spillover is not their personally sponsored member (if the downline wants their own 100% Matching Commissions, then they can personally sponsor their own members-- as many as they want). With spillovers, your success in recruiting will automatically also be your downline's success!

The big take away here in all that I've just said is this: try your best to personally sponsor as many people as you can (the top member globally has personally sponsored over 950 people to date!! Imagine that!). And if your growth strategy was to help your downline organization by finding people for them and placing those people underneath them, you really don't have to because the "forced/fixed matrix" is already doing that for you AUTOMATICALLY.

Now, imagine if your whole team understood and embraced the power of this concept!! Your growth would be INSANE!
