SMARTVISION TANZANIA: Reason for American youth develop faster than African youth with simple solution

The Biz is a game of nos. How is not important. The only thing that's important are the nos.

Like i said there are 2 ways of make this nos.

*The American system and
*The African system

The Americans don't have time for much of events and events are much costly. Due to security reasons.

So they simply make use of Internet, pasting cards on notice boards, dropping cards in phone booth's etc

But the most common and effective system is the internet and calls.

All they do is mass recruiting. And let them enjoy Spillovers, they enjoy Matching Commission.

*African system ... Because we believe in seeing, so event and one-on-on makes it better to build a system and team, instead of mass recruiting.

I am analysing this because some ppl go against mass recruiting and only believe in someone who is going to put some effort.

But I want you to understand that our dream is to get active members but we can hardly know who is going to be active until they get onboard.

I have about 4 networkers onboard who are not doing a thing, for one reason or the other.

I am only saying there is no perfect way, just choose the method that's best for you.

Numbers are all we need ... Just design a way suitable for you to get the nos.
