Why The Chemically Based Billion Dollar Beauty Industry Is Harmful & What You Can Use Instead

Do you have skin like the model in this photo does? Nope, me either. The beauty industry, which is set to be worth 265 Billion by 2017, is full of images like the one above, but these girls are often heavily airbrushed and altered to make people think their skin is perfect and that if you buy the product they are promoting, then you’re going to have perfect skin too. But logically we know that most of the time, skincare just doesn’t work that way, especially if the products we use are not formulated well or are full of chemicals that can make your skin (and health!) worse over time. Many women don ‘t realize that their skin products will actually age them in the long run, not to mention damage their vital organs.
It’s true though isn’t it, that the first thing someone notices about you, and you about them, is usually their skin.
If we don’t have naturally good skin, is it possible to drastically improve it without harsh treatments and toxic ingredients, and without spending a lot of money? Can we really clear up acne quickly and safely, without using chemicals or drugs?
As an ex-cosmetician who has been interested in the skin for a very long time, I found it really disheartening to think that for big changes in the skin to happen some harsh treatments may in fact be needed. But that was before I found out about this amazing new product.
I’m thrilled to say that recently I came across Herbal Face Food TM – created by J. Michael Zenn, microbiologist and herbalist – which is a world first organic serum containing a special blend of  100% organic and wild-harvested essential oils, concentrates, and extracts that are sourced from all over the world. Also unique about this serum is the fact that it contains a heretofore unheard of ORAC score of 10 million!

OHFF-The-Skin-Shield
ORAC means “Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity” and is a rating system created by scientists at the National Institutes of Health to measure a food’s antioxidant capacity. Foods that have a higher ORAC score contain more antioxidants, which are essential for good health and good skin. Other types of natural skin care products often receive up to a 100,000 ORAC score. I used to think that was pretty good, but once I learned that there was a product like Herbal Face Food out there with a score of 10 million, I knew I needed to try it. Now, I totally get that skin is usually a reflection of what’s going on on the inside. You’ve got to eat right and take good supplements to have good skin. But I think using the right products on the outside can effect change on the inside too. You’ve just got to know what works.

Main Ingredients Of Herbal Face Food And Why They Work So Effectively

1) Herbal Face Food TM married spicy hot with cooling herbs so you get the powerful benefits of antioxidants and enzymes.
Clove, oregano, and thyme are SPICY herbs.

Aloe, jojoba, and myrrh are COOLING herbs.
myrrh
Myrrh has been celebrated throughout history as very precious. It has anti-aging effects on the skin and a wonderful perfume.
2) The serum doesn’t just contain essential oils. The plants in the product are a combination of concentrates, extracts, essential oils, CO2 extractions (this method ensures the most potent extracts), and plant particles from the bud, leaf, root, fruit, and pulp, allowing for maximum nutrients and powerful effects.

Skin Face Food May Help Your Health Internally Too

It’s not often a skincare product can do this, but due to the presence of powerful essential oils and other penetrative ingredients (essential oils can penetrate across the blood brain barrier), Herbal Face Food TM can work its magic deep inside the body too.
Many people who say they’ve tried “everything, so many diets, supplements etc.” are saying that Herbal Face Food has worked for them when nothing else did. I personally believe it’s because of the special intensive essential oils in the formula that people are noticing drastically improved skin. The high ORAC rating would also be responsible for this impressive reaction.  I think Herbal Face Food TM is a great way to treat both the outside and the inside, as essential oils can work in harmony with whole body system.
Herbal Face Food TM is very potent and powerful and should be used 2x a day – morning and night. A 2oz full size bottle is made to last a month to 6 weeks. If someone is dealing with severe acne, cystic acne, scarring, melisma, or hyperpigmentation they can use it more often to see quicker results.
Did you know: “You eat what you put on your skin”?
It’s true. 70% of what you rub on your skin gets absorbed into your bloodstream. Toxins from conventional skincare products (linked to cancer amongst other things!), can be found in your blood within minutes and in your organs within hours after applying.
If you wouldn’t eat something or don’t want it in your body, then please don’t put it on your skin. But when you rub Herbal Face Food TM into your skin, it’s like feeding your face and your body a pure, healthy, concentrated salad. Herbal Face Food TM patent-pending plant formulation helps heal the ten most visible signs of aging: wrinkles, enlarged pores, dryness, discoloration, loss of radiance, redness, uneven skin tone, loss of firmness, loss of smoothness, and impurities/toxins.

Benefits Of Herbal Face Food:

What Is It Like To Use Herbal Face Food?

Herbal Face Food TM has a powerful herbal scent. These plant concentrates are extremely “aroma therapeutic.” Many experience relaxation and a sense of well-being after use. It absorbs rapidly and the aroma generally fades in 15 minutes.  The company says they “cannot alter the powerful scent without distorting the healing powers of the plant.”
Upon application, Herbal Face Food TM will create a thermophillic effect upon your skin. This stinging to burning sensation can last up to a minute or two. This is totally normal and signifies that the powerful plant antioxidants and enzymes are stimulating and working deep in the skin cells.
Herbal Face Food TM has been used not just for the complexion but for a number of other things as well. Many people now use two drops of Herbal Face Food TM on their toothbrush for bleeding or receding gums. The company have a handful of clients that have offered testimonials claiming that their skin cancer has reduced or gone away entirely. Herbal Face Food TM however, does not claim they cure cancer.

One Of The Three “Dharma Seals” That Buddha Taught & What The Human Race Can Learn From I

2

A large part of the appeal of Buddhism for an increasing number of people today is its practicality, as it has a relative lack of extraneous philosophical fluff to sort through. Buddhism focuses on practical truths that we can use and which make immediate sense.
One of the key teachings of the Buddha is that the origin of suffering (dukkha) lies in desire or grasping (tanha, which means literally “thirst”). The Great Discourse on the Wheel of Dharma (the Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta) contains a succinct statement on the second Noble Truth, which is the origin of this teaching:
And this, monks, is the noble truth of the origination of stress: the craving that makes for further becoming — accompanied by passion and delight, relishing now here and now there — that is, craving for sensual pleasure, craving for becoming, craving for non-becoming.

What Lies Beyond Space & Time?

I have read and heard time and again in recent years about a deeper reality that lies “beyond space and time,” often with some tie to modern physics to support this assertion. A Google search brings up many relevant examples. There is of course a similar tendency independent of the Buddhist tradition, with many Christian and scientific thinkers also trying to ascertain truths or hidden realities that are “beyond space and time,” that is, truly permanent, changeless.
This tendency seems to me to be a resurgence of the type of grasping that Buddha warned about in the second Noble Truth; in particular, the third type of craving, for “non-becoming.” That is, by trying to identify, or by placing one’s identity with, a supposed reality beyond space and time we perpetuate the grasping for permanence that Buddha pointed out was harmful for an accurate understanding of reality and for our well-being.300x250 ad
“Non-becoming” is permanence and the quest for permanence is a common form of grasping. But if we take not only Buddhism, but also modern science seriously, we see that all things are impermanent. This means that there is nothing beyond space and time. Some kind of existence beyond what we know of as space — our traditional three dimensions — is entirely conceivable, sure. But if all things are impermanent there is nothing beyond time. To be impermanent means to be in time, to change, to be in constant flux.
The teaching of impermanence (anitya) was one of the three dharma seals that Buddha taught. Thich Nhat Hanh, the Vietnamese Zen teacher, writes of this teaching in his The Heart of the Buddha’s Teachings: “The Buddha taught that everything is impermanent — flowers, tables, mountains, political regimes, bodies, feelings, perceptions, mental formations, and consciousness. We cannot find anything that is permanent.” If nothing is permanent, nothing is beyond time. All is flux. This key insight has many parallels in the West.
“Process philosophy” is a western school of thought that stretches back to Heraclitus in pre-Socratic Greece. As the name suggests, process philosophy is all about change/process/the passage of time. In Alfred North Whitehead’s version of process philosophy, which he developed into a detailed, profound yet speculative worldview, “events” are the basic units of reality. An event is a happening, a chunk of space and time. The universe is nothing but the collection of events in each moment, constantly fluxing and bending into the next moment as the future becomes the now and the now becomes memory. My book, Eco, Ego, Eros is a good introduction to Whitehead’s thought.
Focusing on the spiritual and ontological implications of this historical philosophical tradition, some modern thinkers have attempted to create a smooth combination of eastern and western ideas that directly matter to our lives — rather than being relegated to the halls of academia and dusty bookshelves. “Evolutionary panentheism” is one name for this relatively new approach, spearheaded by people like Mike Murphy, Ken Wilber, and Andrew Cohen. The name is a bit unwieldy but effectively descriptive, stressing both change (evolutionary) and the view that the universe is within God (panentheism) and not a separate creation.
Andrew Cohen suggests that his approach, an expansion of traditional Vedanta teaching that he received from his master H.W.L. Poonja, is a new teaching that incorporates a broader understanding of the nature of perpetual change. God, the ground of being, or whatever you prefer to call ultimate reality itself, does change. God evolves in a dance with the universe that flows from this ground of being. Cohen stated in an interview with me from 2011: “As touched as I had been by awakening to the unborn Self beyond time and space, I had never been able to accept the assertion that the world was an illusion. Not only did I believe that the world was real but I also came to give much greater value to Spirit’s power to affect change in the world than its power to liberate us from it.”
He adds that “the goal of traditional enlightenment, to put it simply, is about transcending the world and experiencing freedom from it. The goal of the new Evolutionary Enlightenment is about creating the future.”
Cohen himself may be a good example of evolutionary spirituality due to the controversy over his teaching style and conflicts with his students and colleagues, which prompted a recent public apology letter two years after he was asked to step down from his leadership role in the community that he began. Cohen, as with all of us, is a work in progress and has hopefully learned much from his own tribulations. (In another interview, with Carter Phipps, a former colleague of Cohen’s at EnlightenNext magazine, Phipps and I explore what it means to be an “evolutionary,” as Cohen describes himself.)

What Do We Do With The Understanding That All Things Are Impermanent?

As the Buddha himself emphasized, by understanding impermanence we automatically reduce grasping, which reduces suffering because of the frustrations that grasping inevitably brings. We accept that all things change and in this acceptance we learn to surf through life a bit more gracefully than is the case when we are constantly grasping for permanence, for solid foundations. The only solid foundation we can find is the truth of the lack of solid foundations. So, somewhat paradoxically, perhaps the only truth that won’t change over time is the fact that all things change over time.
The new conversation in spiritual circles is the degree to which our focus should be on an extra-physical reality — the “world is an illusion” conception of reality — or on a participatory universe in which we are all literally co-creating reality in each moment. Process philosophy and my own preferences fall squarely in the latter school of thought.
The balance we should aim for in our lives is to seek healthy goals (for ourselves and society more generally) but accompany that striving with the grace that understanding impermanence brings. Achieving anything in life requires effort and intention. Yet we can bring our efforts and intentions on worthy goals without unhealthy attachment and without grasping. Rather, we dance, we surf, we glide through life without the anger and suffering that are the more obvious manifestations of frustrated grasping. This is as good a definition of grace as any I know of.
The final irony perhaps is that by approaching life without grasping we are more likely to achieve those worthy goals that we do set for ourselves.

Introverts & Extroverts Have Different Brains: Which One Are You?

Scientists have discovered that the brains of introverts are actually different from those of extroverts. This isn’t too surprising, especially considering all of the research now coming out of the field of neuroplasticity. It refers to various changes that can take place in the brain (including changes in neural pathways and synapses) as a result of shifts in things like: a person’s behaviour or environment; their perception of the environment around them; neural processes; the way they think and feel and more.
We know very little about the brain, and the question that comes to mind here is, are the brains of introverts/extroverts physically different, therefore making their behaviour and responses different? Or are things like their environment, their perception of the world, their emotions, and their thought processes responsible for shaping their brains and making those changes?  Or is it a combination of the two? We do know the latter to be true, but we also know that certain brain formations that differ from the norm are responsible for certain behaviors in certain individuals.
What’s the point of all this? Well, you should remember to avoid letting labels like these define you, even though they are interesting and may offer insight into your personality and biology. Here’s a video from Discovery News outlining the research for all of you audio-visual learners.
Again, this is nothing to take too seriously, and could be a good reminder for all the “introverts” and “extroverts” out there to step outside of their comfort zone, to do things they wouldn’t normally do. There is a tremendous amount of joy and growth to be had from leaving one’s comfort zone and engaging in a new experience. There might be a mix of both of these qualities in multiple individuals, but one thing is for sure, you can change your brain by the way you feel, think, and perceive (neuroplasticity).
This is also exemplified by the placebo effect. You can read more about that and access the medical research regarding that here.
Research has found that extroverts make up 50-70 percent of the population, and that introverts make up 16-50 percent. In the 1960’s, a psychologist by the name of Hans Eysenck thought that extroverts had a lower level of “arousal” and that they required more stimulation in order to feel alert. This is interesting because studies have shown that  the front part of introvert’s brains are very active and stimulated by solitary activities, while the back part of an extrovert’s brains are most active.
“This part of the brain is stimulated by sensory events coming in from the external world. In addition, a chemical called “dopamine” is released by our brains whenever we experience something positive. It’s an automatic reward center and makes us feel good! Extroverts need more dopamine to feel an effect, whereas introverts have a low dopamine threshold.” (source)
In 2005, researchers concluded in a study that it might all be linked to dopamine, and a study  in 2012 at Harvard University found that introverts tend to have larger, thicker gray matter in their prefrontal cortex – a part of the brain that is linked to complex thoughts and decision making. The study concluded that “this might be accountable for introvert’s tendencies to sit in a corner and ponder things thoroughly before making a decision, and extroverts’ ability to live in the moment and take risks without fully thinking everything through.” (source) (source # 2: study)
Definitely some interesting stuff to ponder!

11 Thought Provoking Images Show What Humans Are Really Doing To The Planet

Go to school, get a job, pay your bills, and try to put yourself in a position to earn enough money to be able to live – this is our current human experience. But while we’re busy focusing on how to survive, our planet is being trashed at an exponential rate.
Is it possible to create a human experience where we don’t destroy the planet? Is it possible for everybody to have their basic necessities met without the use of money? Is it possible to create a “system” where money is not even needed? We believe so, but there still seems to be a harsh resistance to this type of thinking, despite the tremendous amount of options that exist to change our world.
For example, we could use hemp and other biodegradable non-toxic ingredients to manufacture our products – products that don’t harm the environment, but actually help to heal it. No more plastic, no more deforestation. Hemp can also be used to generate energy and boasts over 50,000 other uses, but this crop is still illegal in many places.
Again, hemp is just one small example out of many with big implications. There exist a number of problems that urgently need to be addressed, and the fact that a handful of corporations pretty much own the entire planet and all its resources doesn’t help, but things are changing, there is still good out there. Imagine if these corporations came together and pooled all of their resources to change the world. What a difference that would make. We need a shift in consciousness to save the planet, a network that is not driven by greed, fear, and ego, but one that is driven by a common goal: the betterment of our planet and the well-being of all life on Earth.
This is absolutely possible to achieve, and sometimes I feel that because this is such a simple idea in essence, people don’t believe it. It’s not uncommon for many to refer to economics, business, finance, the very system that enslaves us; it’s hard for many to imagine a world without money or to understand how that world would even function in practice. I believe this simply comes from an ignorance of solutions that are out there and the way our world works in general. Self-education is the key to making change happen.
I’ve said this before and I will say it again, working in this field for a number of years now and being interested in it for even longer, the progress we’ve made as a human race is astounding. Anybody who pays attention to this type of thing can clearly see that. At the same time, we have a long way to go, and there are many steps for the human race to take, but we are indeed heading in the right direction.
These are just a few pictures to get you thinking, and they’ve been floating around the internet for a while. We apologize if you’ve already seen them, but we definitely wanted to archive them on our website as they do provide some valuable food for thought.

Raising Health and Consciousness With Geometrically Structured Water

Screen Shot 2015-05-28 at 10.03.43 PM

Raising Health and Consciousness With Geometrically Structured Water

We have all probably heard references to our body consisting of about two thirds water. Obviously then, consuming the highest quality water is of utmost importance in regards to maintaining vibrant health and raising our consciousness. Though I will not recommend any products personally, let’s explore a topic on water that has been gaining some momentum in recent months: geometrically structured water.

The Dodecahedron

imageA dodecahedron is a geometrical structure with 12 pentagonal faces and is known as one of the five Platonic solids. Revolutionary
architect and inventor Buckminster Fuller has said that the dodecahedron represents “the building block of the universe.” Esoterically, the dodecahedron has been attributed the ether element, of which the 12 pentagonal faces represent the 12 constellations of zodiac.

David Wheeler states, “Recent mathematical calculations by astrophysicists, using new spectroscopic analysis of background radiation emitted billions of years ago, has established the theoretical foundation that the universe is shaped like a dodecahedron.”

Would consuming dodecahedronally structured water then be a building block of higher consciousness and health? DNA’s double helix is structured as a dodecahedron. Would drinking this structured water be a case of “like attracting like” to create better health and higher consciousness at the DNA level? Is the symmetry of the universe telling us something here?

Properties of Structured Water

imageAccording to Pristina Natural, when the hydrogen and oxygen atoms align as stable, structured water,  the hydrogen atoms are angled at precisely 104.5 degrees.
This allows for the 3 dimensional shape of the dodecahedron to form. Interestingly, we find that hydrogen is the least electronegative element in the periodic table whereas oxygen is the most electronegative.
This creates a situation where the oxygen can act as a gateway for energized water, sometimes known as “living-water” or “water with life-force.”

imageIn nature, water is structured and energetically enhanced through what we call the hydrologic cycle. Water is purified by nature’s evaporative distillation process and then is charged or energetically enhanced by the far-infrared frequencies (FIR) of the Sun.
Like a battery, water also needs to be charged to restore the natural crystal structure and vitality. The end result is pH neutral, pure, crystalline structured water.
Founding President of the American Holistic Medical Association, C. Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D., has said, “Water represents the interface between the 4th dimension in which we live and the 5th dimensional sphere of our soul.
Many studies have shown subtle effects of healers upon hydrogen bonding and infrared absorption of water.” Furthermore, famous scientist Dr. Masaru Emoto stated, “I believe water crystals that I research on is in the world of the 4th and 5th dimension.” Could we call structured water a truly cosmic elixir?

Health Benefits

Dr. Mercola and Dr. Pollack support consuming structured water because of its ability to improve the delivery of oxygen to our cells, the removal of waste in the extracellular environment and because of it’s pH neutrality. Just as nature’s purest rainwater is pH neutral and that fact that our body tries to always maintain neutral pH, structured water aligns nicely with the natural order of a neutral pH. Structured water, which is the way nature prefers her waters to be, may also partly attribute to the healing powers of fruits and vegetables in their raw, organic state.

imageCan consuming water structured as a dodecahedron improve one’s health and help to raise one’s consciousness over time? Does the dodecahedron structure of water hint to us that water truly is from a higher, cosmic order?
As author Elizabeth Clare Prophet writes, ” the study of geometry, which descends to us from Pythagoras, is a meditation on the harmony of the cosmic order, and it is a meditation upon music.
If you meditate upon geometry instead of just learning it in a linear way, you can actually hear the music of the spheres, because the geometric forms will key the eye and the ear to the inner sound. “

Joe Rogan Has Some Advice On Women And Relationships Everyone Needs To Listen To

’m sure this video will resonate on some level with everyone who takes the time to listen to it. I love Joe Rogan for his openness and honesty and also for his ability to communicate on a very ‘real’ level which everyone will be able to understand. I firmly believe that only when we learn to love ourselves will we be able to love everyone in our lives. It’s very hard to teach people this, we can only show them the way and then they have to teach themselves but listening to videos like this will most certainly help on the journey of self-education.   jumamijule – Team Spirit
”I don’t hate everyone I used to date. In-fact with time I love all of them. Even the ones that I didn’t get along with. When I look back at every single girl I ever dated I swear to God that I will only allow the positive things into my mind, I have some negative stories that are really funny and I tell them but in my mind when I’m thinking about that person I only think about them when I love them, no matter what went wrong or what horrible things were said I refuse to define them by that and I instead define them by their potential – by what they meant to me when they were at their best, but it’s really fucking hard to teach people that . . .” ~ LEMA

9 SIGNS TOUR AN OLD SOUL

There is a special kind of person in our world who finds himself alone and isolated, almost since birth.  His solitary existence isn’t from a preference or an antisocial temperament – he is simply old.  Old in heart, old in mind and old in soul, this person is an old soul who finds his outlook on life vastly different and more matured than those around him.  As a result, the old soul lives his life internally, walking his own solitary path while the rest around him flock to follow another.  Perhaps you’ve experienced this in your own life, or have witnessed it in another person?  If so, this article is dedicated to you, in hopes that you will come to define yourself, or understand another better.  The “Old Soul”  Robert Frost, Eckhart Tolle and even Nick Jonas have been called them.  Perhaps even you have?  I did.  Like many of them, this self discovery was made upon meeting Sol, who told me about his childhood as a precocious, intelligent boy who would befriend the teachers instead of the students, just because they were too different from him.  As he related his inability to find interest in and connection to the people his age, I discovered that I felt the same, and still do.  If you have not yet discovered whether you’re an old soul, read some of the revealing signs below.  9 Signs You’re An Old Soul

#1. You tend to be a solitary loner.  Advertisements  Because old souls are disinterested in the pursuits and interests of the people in their age groups, they find it dissatisfying to make friends with people they find it hard to relate to.  This is one of the major problems Old Souls experience.  The result is … old souls tend to find themselves alone a lot of the time.  People just don’t cut it for them.

#2. You love knowledge, wisdom and truth.  Yep … this seems a little grandiose and overly noble, but the old soul finds himself naturally gravitating towards the intellectual side of life.  Old souls inherently understand that knowledge is power, wisdom is happiness and truth is freedom, so why not seek after those things?  These pursuits are more meaningful to them than reading up on the latest gossip about Snooki’s latest boyfriend, or the latest football scores.

#3. You’re spiritually inclined.  More emotional old souls tend to have sensitive and spiritual natures.  Overcoming the confines of the ego, seeking enlightenment and fostering love and peace are the main pursuits of these young-in-body Mother Teresa’s.  To them it seems the wisest, most fulfilling use of time.

#4. You understand the transience of life.   Old souls are frequently plagued with reminders of not only their own mortality, but that of everything and everyone around them.  This makes the old soul wary and at times withdrawn, but wisely dictates the way they live their lives.  Advertisements  #5. You’re thoughtful and introspective.  Old souls tend to think a lot … about everything.  Their ability to reflect and learn from their actions and those of others is their greatest teacher in life.  One reason why old souls feel so old at heart is because they have learnt so many lessons through their own thought processes, and possess so much insight into life situations from their ability to quietly and carefully observe what if going on around them.

#6. You see the bigger picture.   Rarely do old souls get lost in the superficial details of getting useless degrees, job promotions, boob jobs and bigger TV’s.  Old souls have the tendency to look at life from a birds eye view, seeing what is the most wise and meaningful way to approach life.  When confronted with issues, old souls tend to see them as temporary and passing pains that merely serve to increase the amount of joy felt in the future.  Consequently, old souls tend to have placid, stable natures as a result of their approach to life.

#7. You aren’t materialistic.  Wealth, status, fame, and the latest version of iPhone … they just bore old souls.  The old soul doesn’t see the purpose of pursuing things that can be easily taken away from them.  Additionally, old souls have little time and interest for the short-lived things in life, as they bring little meaning or long lasting fulfillment for them.

#8. You were a strange, socially maladaptive kid.  This is not always the case, but many old souls exhibit odd signs of maturity at young ages.  Often, these children are labelled as being “precocious”, “introverted”, or “rebellious“, failing to fit into the mainstream behaviors.  Usually, these children are extremely inquisitive and intelligent, seeing the purposelessness of many things their teachers, parents and peers say and do, and either passively or aggressively resisting them.  If you can talk to your child like he/she’s an adult – you’ve probably got an old soul on your hands.

#9. You just “feel” old.  Before putting a name to what I felt, I experienced certain sensations of simply being an “old person” inside.  The feelings that accompany being an old soul are usually: a feeling of world wariness, mental tiredness, watchful patience, and detached calmness. Unfortunately, this can often be perceived as being aloof and cold, which is only one of many Old Soul Myths.  Just as some old people describe themselves as being “young at heart”, so too can young people be “old at heart”.

Then,

H+A+R+D+W+O+R+K ;
8+1+18+4+23+15+18+11=98%

K+N+O+W+L+E+D+G+E ;
11+14+15+23+12+5+4+7+5=96%

L+O+V+E;
12+15+22+5 = 54%

L+U+C+K ;
12+21+3+11 = 47%

None of them makes 100%. Then what makes 100%?

Is it Money? NO!

M+O+N+E+Y= 13+15+14+5+25=72%

Leadership? NO!

L+E+A+D+E+R+S+H+I+P= 12+5+1+4+5+18+19+8+9+16=97%

Every problem has a solution, only if we perhaps change our "ATTITUDE"...

A+T+T+I+T+U+D+E ;
1+20+20+9+20+21+4+5 = 100%

It is therefore OUR ATTITUDE towards Life and Work that makes
OUR Life 100% Successful.

FAHAMU KUHUSU NYERERE NA UJAMAA

Waungwana,

TEN WAY OF LIVE FROM STRESS

10 Simple Ways to Live a Less Stressful Life

“If you ask what is the single most important key to longevity, I would have to say it is avoiding worry, stress and tension. And if you didn’t ask me, I’d still have to say it.” – George F. Burns
Post written by Leo Babauta. Follow me on Twitter.
Stress is a major problem for many people — a hectic, stressful job, a chaotic home life, bills to worry about, and bad habits such as unhealthy eating, drinking and smoking can lead to a mountain of stress.
If your life is full of stress, like mine once was, there are some simle things you can do to get your life to a more manageable level.
Now, your life will probably never be stress-free — I don’t think that’s even desirable, even if it is possible, because stress is something that challenges us and helps us grow. At a reasonable level. But when stress gets too high, it causes us to be unhappy and unhealthy.
It wasn’t that long ago when I was working long hours in a very stressful job, with little time for my family, smoking and eating fatty foods and not exercising. I had a lot of debt and too many bills. I was unhappy and stressed out all the time. I was losing hair … OK, actually that was because of genetics, but still. I was pretty stressed.
So I made some drastic changes. I quit my job. I simplified my life. I quit smoking and started exercising and eating healthier. I began to eliminate my debt. And I learned some habits that, when applied on a daily basis, can really transform the way you live, in a positive way.
How did I do all of this? One thing at a time. I didn’t do a major rehaul of my life. I changed one habit a month, and gradually over the course of a year or two changed a lot of things in my life.
I won’t guarantee that all of these will work for you. They worked for me, but each person is different. Pick and choose the ones that will work best for you, and give them a try. One at a time.
1. One thing at a time. This is the simplest and best way to start reducing your stress, and you can start today. Right now. Focus as much as possible on doing one thing at a time. Clear your desk of distractions. Pick something to work on. Need to write a report? Do only that. Remove distractions such as phones and email notifications while you’re working on that report. If you’re going to do email, do only that. This takes practice, and you’ll get urges to do other things. Just keep practicing and you’ll get better at it.
2. Simplify your schedule. A hectic schedule is a major cause of high stress. Simplify by reducing the number of commitments in your life to just the essential ones. Learn to say no to the rest — and slowly get out of commitments that aren’t beneficial to you. Schedule only a few important things each day, and put space between them. Get out of meetings when they aren’t absolutely essential. Leave room for down time and fun.
3. Get moving. Do something each day to be active — walk, hike, play a sport, go for a run, do yoga. It doesn’t have to be grueling to reduce stress. Just move. Have fun doing it.
4. Develop one healthy habit this month. Other than getting active, improving your health overall will help with the stress. But do it one habit at a time. Eat fruits and veggies for snacks. Floss every day. Quit smoking. Cook something healthy for dinner. Drink water instead of soda. One habit at a time.
5. Do something calming. What do you enjoy that calms you down? For many people, it can be the “get moving” activity discussed above. But it could also be taking a nap, or a bath, or reading, or having sex (which can also be considered a “get moving” activity if you do it for longer than 5 minutes). Other people are calmed by housework or yardwork. Some people like to meditate, or take a nature walk. Find your calming activity and try to do it each day.
6. Simplify your finances. Finances can be a drain on your energy and a major stressor. If that’s true with you, figure out ways to simplify things. Automate savings and bill payments and debt payments. Spend less by going shopping (at malls or online) much less. Find ways to have fun that don’t involve spending money.
7. Have a blast! Have fun each day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. I like to play with my kids — they take my mind off everything and are really hilarious. I also like to play sports (again, often with my kids). Board games are fun. Sex, again, can be a fun activity. Whatever you choose, be sure to laugh.
8. Get creative. Throwing yourself into a creative activity is another great way to de-stress and to prevent stress. I like writing, but others like to paint or play music or sketch or make pottery or do interior design or build things.
9. Declutter. This is a favorite of mine. I like to take 20-30 minutes and just go through a room, getting rid of stuff we don’t use or need anymore. I look around at anything that’s cluttering up a room, and get rid of it or find a better place for it. When I’m done, I have a nice, peaceful enviornment for work, play, and living. Do this a little at a time — it can be one of your “fun activities”.
10. Be early. I will admit that it’s hard to be early when you have to get 6 kids ready (seriously — try it!). But being late can be very stressful. Try to leave earlier by getting ready earlier, or by scheduling more space between events. Things always take longer than normal, so schedule some buffer time: extra time to get ready, to commute, to do errands before you need to be somewhere, to attend a meeting before another scheduled appointment. If you get somewhere early, it’s good to have some reading material.

9 Networking Tips to Make Money on Facebook

These marketers have increased their clients' profits by as much as 800 percent. Boost your brand and create sales with Facebook marketing. Here's how.

With a 13-year track record of helping network marketing organizations and small businesses achieve unprecedented growth, Jim Lupkin decided it was time to share this strategies with the world. He turned to best-selling author, JUMAMIJULE. , trusted by brands like NBC, Microsoft, and PrideStaff, has guided businesses to 800 percent profits and higher with Facebook marketin.
After reading Lupkin's case study on a network marketing company that grew over seventy-million in sales with his approach, Carter knew it was time for the pair to co-author a book. The authors are quick to mention, however, that  Networking market for facebookis not valuable to only the network marketing industry. "We were not surprised to hear that sales professionals and entrepreneurs love the book too," says Carter. "These techniques will work for your business if your parsonal brand is part of the sales process."
Why Facebook you may ask? "Wouldn't it make sense to join the community with the most people?" says Lupkin. "Facebook has more than one billion users and is five times more popular than the next most popular social network."
Here's just a taste of what you'll find inside the cover of Network Marketing For Facebook.

Here's just a taste of what you'll find inside the cover of Network Marketing For Facebook.

1. Create an appealing Facebook profile.

When someone knows, likes and trusts you, they're more willing to hear about your business. Your profile gives you this opportunity when you use your profile picture; cover image, and "about" section properly.
Choose a professional profile picture. Use your cover image to give people a snapshot of your personality. A complete "about" section makes you more credible and rounds out your personality.

2. Post publicly on Facebook.

Your goal is to let your friends know what you do for a living and how you can help them. For example, if you're a realtor:
Hey everybody! As you may know, I love helping people find their dream home. If you know anyone that needs assistance, please message me.
If you're an insurance rep:
Hey there! As you may know, I love helping families be protected from unforeseen tragedies. If you know anyone that needs life insurance, please message me.

3. Use Facebook Messenger.

It is like email, but better. If you've previously conversed with a prospect and you're getting ready to talk to them again, you can quickly review all your previous talks in one place.
If you haven't spoken to a friend in a while, make sure to re-establish the relationship first. You don't want them to feel like you are only reaching out for business. You can say, "Hey! We haven't spoken in a while. How have you been?" Only chat about your products if they ask what you do.

4. Send messages based on past conversations and what you know about a friend.

A realtor example:
Hey Tom! I know you love houses with a view, and I seem to remember you were looking for a house. Well, check out this amazing lake view property! Do you want to come see it with me?
An insurance rep:
Hey Alicia! I know we're both family people, and it's been awesome to see yours grow up on Facebook. I was super glad to find out about this new life insurance option our company just created. It provides for families like no other policy I've seen. Do you want to hear more about it?

5. Keep the conversation going.

It's exciting to have someone respond to your messages! Thank them for the response, give them additional information: pictures, videos and details of your offering, and then let them know what is the next step.
If you don't hear back, send them a message once a week asking if they wanted to take the next step. Be patient. Not everyone checks Facebook daily.

6. Stay in touch.

It's only a matter of time until friends want your product. Stay in touch on Facebook by posting quality content and interacting with your friends' posts. Posting quality content is a balance between business and personal: Too much of either can result in failure. Be personal 80% of the time. People do business with those they have the best relationship with; so post about what's on your mind. Post about business the other 20%.
The more you interact with your friend's posts, the more your business posts appear in their newsfeed. Your friends will also see you as a true friend, not someone just trying to sell them products. When you comment on a friend's post, write from the heart. Treat it the same as when you talk face to face.

7. Grow your friends to grow your income.

With over a billion users, Facebook offers an unlimited amount of people to talk to if you take the time to build relationships. facebook graphic searcher solves the new prospect obstacle by opening up their entire database to you. All you need to do is take the time to reach out and build relationships.

8. Create a group for support and inspiring sales teams.

Whether you're a manager motivating a team, or have a group of industry peers who want to support each other, Facebook group are the answer. You can move mountains when you belong to a group of passionate people working toward the same goals, supporting each other every day.
Once you start your group, post at least a few times a week. It could be a question, words of motivation, pictures, or videos. Always like and comment on what others are posting as well. Groups are like live events happening 24 hours a day. When run correctly, it will become the cornerstone of your success.

9. Remember, Facebook is part of the strategy, not the whole strategy.

Facebook connects you to new people and helps you develop relationships. However, you still need to talk with people face to face, over the phone, and at events. They also need to experience a "taste" of your offering.

DIFFERENT WAY OF EARNING ONLINE MONEY

My Top 10 Methods To Make Money Online

By Yaro Starak
The following article details my personal top 10 methods to make money from the Internet.
What makes this list unique is it’s based entirely on the methods I have personally used, so I can reveal to you what I did and what my results were. Bear in mind these methods represent ten years of working online, so I do not do all of them presently. At one point in my career however they were an income stream, and are still viable options for you.
This is not an all inclusive list, which means there are plenty of other ways you can make money, no doubt many of which are potentially much more profitable or better choices for your own situation. As a result you shouldn’t base your decisions on what methods you use solely on this list. Do your research and include this article as one resource.
This list isn’t strictly ordered based on my preferences from top to bottom. What I’ve done is listed the different things I did in a chronology of time of when I did them. It’s no coincidence however that as we get closer to the present (the end of the list), the more I personally like the method, and hence still use it. Over the years I made changes to how I made money in order to get closer to what I really wanted from my business.

What Is My Ideal Way To Make Money Online?

To help you understand what I was striving for, here are my main criteria when deciding what methods I use to make money online with. Bear in mind certain options only became available as a result of previous experience. Some things you can only do once you’ve done other things because you build on what you have done before.
In a nutshell, this is the criteria I concluded are important to me –
Can you make a solid profit margin?
As you will see in a moment when I reveal my top ten methods, some income streams have very slim margins, which means you must push through a lot of volume in order to make significant income. While not always the case, in most situations to sell more requires more work, more resources and generally more of everything, which results in violation of my next rule…
Can you maintain the income with minimal labour and/or is it easy to outsource?
I look for income streams that do not require significant amounts of work to maintain. If I need to drastically increase the amount of product I sell or customers I attract to make good money, and that requires more of my own time to achieve, or cannot be easily outsourced to others (it often increases your labor just to organize outsourcers, so don’t assume outsourcing is a magic solution), that’s not the method for me.
Is there potential to scale?
As per the previous point, often the logistics of growth makes a method unappealing to me, however I do want the income streams I go after to have the potential to scale, and scale big. This means if you do discover something that makes you money, the possibility to grow it to a life changing amount of money is a reality, and you understand how this can happen.
Is there passive income potential?
In most cases I prefer something that is more potentially passive than potentially scalable. Obviously it’s great to have everything, but given the choice I prefer income streams that just work and can be automated so you can do other things. You have to be careful to manage your desire to scale something with your desire to make it passive. Sometimes less is more because less gives you freedom.
Can you create a sellable asset?
The final point is really important to me because I know that my interest tends to fluctuate. Every five years or so I feel like moving on to something new and leaving my main project. In the case of business, I want to ensure that there is a profitable exit strategy. The better you meet the previous criteria (profit margin, automated, scaleable and passive), the more money you can make when it is time to sell.

I Look For The “Holy Trinity” Income Method

I’ve written before about my quest for the holy trinity of a business model, one that delivers what I consider the three most important outcomes from a business –
  1. You make significant PROFIT
  2. The income can be made as close to PASSIVE as possible
  3. You have PASSION about some aspect of the business
Or phrased another way, my business should enable the following –
  1. Consistent Income
  2. Free Time (thanks to income automation, business model simplicity or large capital gain)
  3. Meaning and Purpose (development of your passion and reason for being on this planet)
So now you know my main criteria that has driven me to test different income streams over the past decade. Now let me introduce you to exactly what those income streams are…

My Top 10 Ways To Make Money Online

1. Sell On Ebay

During my pre-teen and early teenage years I went from playing with Transformers, GI-Joe and LEGO, to playing Nintendo, Sega and Gameboy. Eventually I added the card game Magic: The Gathering to the mix at about 16 years of age. All of these things were passions for me at various stages of growing up, but one thing remained consistent throughout each stage; I traded and sold toys and games I no longer wanted to make extra cash.
In Brisbane where I live, before the Internet there was a newspaper called the Trading Post that was published every two weeks. It was an aftermarket for pretty much everything. Whenever I grew tired of a game or a toy I’d sell it via the Trading Post, usually in an effort to make enough money to buy the new toy or game I had in my sights.
Eventually the Internet came along and the Trading Post no longer commanded the secondhand market like it once did (though it did successfully transition online). It quickly became clear that eBay was the winner when it came to secondhand commerce online. As a result my first experience making any money from the Internet was selling old games, toys and electronics on eBay.
EBay is still I believe the best way to gain experience making money from the Internet for two reasons –
  1. You are pretty much guaranteed to make some kind of sale and thus experience a transaction
  2. EBay has the traffic, so you don’t have to worry about marketing your product beyond creating a good listing, the eye-balls are already there
These two reasons make eBay a great first stop because you will learn how to list something for sale online, how to take money (possibly your first experience with PayPal) and about the importance of things like titles and copywriting, if you spend the time to study how to make your eBay listings convert better.
The best thing about eBay – the abundant traffic – is also the worst thing. Barriers to entry are low on eBay, meaning competition is fierce. When competition is fierce, profit margin is slim. Unless you can find some form of competitive advantage through your supply chain, how you create listings, or you have a means to increase volume, you’re not going retire rich thanks to eBay.
I spent quite a bit of time studying eBay, both as a business model and as a means to capture new customers because of how much buying traffic is there. There is no doubt that eBay is a fantastic website that represents a huge potential to make money, but in my case I wasn’t keen to build my business there, it didn’t match enough of my criteria.
However eBay is a fantastic way to make quick money, even just as a way to turn your old items into cash to start a new online venture. If you’re brand new to Internet marketing and you don’t know your PayPal’s from your Clickbanks, or your PPC from your SEO, eBay is definitely a great place to learn some basics.

2. Sell products in forums, bulletin boards, classifieds and other community type sites

The card game Magic: The Gathering was a big part of my life from the end of highschool to the beginning of university. Although initially I was just a casual player and then tournament player, I quickly became a card trader and really enjoyed the wheeling and dealing. Although my interest in playing the game wained, most of my early projects online were connected with the game.
Before having my own website, I spent time reading websites, newsgroups, bulletin boards and forums about the game, and eventually started trading online. Back before search engines were any good most of my time was spent in particular Magic newsgroups, some that talked strategy, and some that were focused specifically on trading and/or buying and selling cards.
I managed to make spare change selling my cards through these sites. The main reason I could make any money was because I would win cards in tournaments, hence I had a supply source that would result in a good profit margin. Of course this wasn’t sustainable unless I kept placing well in tournaments, nor was it really scalable unless I started buying in cards from other sources.
I stopped using this method once I started my own card game site (more on this below), however I still believe niche collectables, particularly in a market that you really love, is a fantastic starting point to gain experience making money online. Like eBay you can make money selling secondhand items in community sites if you can find a way to source product at cost or below. It’s not a model that has much margin so again the challenge is to scale if you want to make significant profit.

3. Sell products from your own website

My first successful website was about the card game Magic: The Gathering. At first the site was just a hobby with articles written by me and a few friends. Eventually as traffic grew I began making some money with the site.
Since I was already a card trader it made sense that my Magic site have a Magic card store. At first I stocked the website with my own cards, and eventually added retail “sealed” (unopened packs of cards) by buying product at wholesale from a company in Sydney.
It was a very simple card shop made up of text listings of the cards I had for sale, the quantity available and the cost per card or per pack. I maintained the inventory myself from my room, sorting and listing cards online by hand using plain text. I didn’t use any software and most of the payments I received back then was via check or money order in the mail. Some kids would even send money and even coins (!) in the mail to pay for their purchase.
My business did well enough, although the manual labor was intense. Maintaining inventory lists, packing cards into envelopes and daily trips to the post office was not always the most fun way to spend my time, though I did enjoy having my own little business while in university.
Unfortunately my store was hit by credit card fraud when I foolishly sold a significant amount of product to an unknown person in Thailand. This experience was enough for me to decide that I had had enough of running a Magic shop and it was time to move on. You can read about the credit card fraud experience here –

Selling Products Online Is A Big Opportunity

My first three experiences of making money from the Internet all involve some kind of physical product. Online commerce obviously represents a huge opportunity to make money online, and having your own product or a passion for a product that you can source can lead to big profits.
You can sell product from your own website store, via community sites and classifieds  and of course eBay and collectively make good money. The challenge, like with any business, is defining what is your competitive advantage and can you come up with a model that meets your needs. For me selling physical product was a great proving ground, but I eventually learned that profiting from information was a preferable model if I wanted to meet my aforementioned business goals.
I’ll leave it in your hands to decide whether physical commerce is the way to go for your situation.

4. Sponsorship advertising on a content site

Once my card game site was successful I began researching how to make money from it. I sold cards initially because I already knew there was a market for that and I had the cards, but I was also aware that if I had an audience I could charge sponsors money to advertise to them.
Thus began my love affair with banner advertising.
Although challenging at times to find sponsors, I was quickly able to bring in several hundred dollars per month in advertising revenue by directly approaching online companies who I considered good targets for my readership. I emailed them and asked if they would like to pay a monthly fee to place a banner on my site. Most said no, but some said yes and eventually I had a couple of loyal sponsors.
Banner income would prove very reliable over time as long as I continued to do whatever I did to maintain and build a readership. This has continued today, where several sponsors pay a fee to advertise their products and services to you, the reader of this website.
Banner advertising, when set up using a system like I presently use, can be very hands off – in fact for me it’s entirely passive – assuming there is an audience that the sponsors benefit from advertising to. It’s difficult to make loads and loads of money just from banners unless you have significant traffic, but it is easy enough to make some money from it and once you do, it generally proves very reliable unless you stop updating your website.
I’d recommend this method to you if you have some kind of content based site or a community site that attracts enough traffic to make it worthwhile for sponsors. The best thing about banners is that they don’t have to replace any other income method you use, you can use this income stream in tandem with others.

5. Sell services you provide personally

At one stage early in my career when my online income wasn’t consistent, I was part of a business grant program run by the Australian government designed to assist entrepreneurs with money to pay for life’s necessities so you can focus on growing your business. The idea is that when your business is successful you will eventually hire people and pay taxes, thus the government reaps a return on the investment.
The grant ran for 12 months and I was under the assumption (incorrectly) that I had to show consistent income growth in order to maintain my qualification for the program. My income at the time always suffered a downturn around Christmas/Summer in Australia. To combat this problem I decided to teach English face-to-face with people in Brisbane to hopefully boost my reportable income.
To advertise my tutoring service I marketed using posters offline and eventually set up a website and marketed on classified sites as well. I charged $15 an hour and eventually had a few Korean clients. This idea eventually ballooned into a full on English school with a real world premises that I managed for eight months before closing down. It turned out to be an experiment that taught me I much preferred online business to bricks and mortar.
My English tutoring days were short lived, but that doesn’t mean selling some kind of service that you personally deliver isn’t still a viable option. The Internet is a fantastic place to market your services for free. Similar to what I talked about in the first three points, you can use online community sites, classified, forums and your own website to market your service.
The downside with this model is that you are still trading hours for dollars, which is a violation of my holy trinity concept. It’s not necessarily the worst option – and many people enjoy the life of a high-paid consultant very much – but it does have the inherent limitation that a service is not replicable unless you personally do it yourself or hire people to do it for you, both activities that take time and/or resources.
If you are good at something and enjoy helping/teaching/working on other people’s projects, selling what you do online is worth considering.

6. Sell services provided by other people

My next big success after my card game site was an online proofreading business. For this business I wanted to focus on selling something that did not require either my own labor or sourcing some kind of physical product.
The business began in very simple fashion. I created the website personally myself and advertised two services – English proofreading and language translation services. I knew how to find contract proofreaders and also had access to an online database of language translators. When a job came through I’d organize a quote, slap on a margin for myself and then return the quote to the client.
Over the years I heavily refined this business. I brought on an assistant, simplified the services, cemented a principle mode and learned what methods of marketing brought in the best type of client. The end result was a full time income for me and barely a few hours of work to maintain it.
This was the first time I found a business that met all my major criteria – except one – I really wasn’t that passionate about the industry. Initially I enjoyed being the entrepreneur, the thrill of making money and automating the business as much as I could, but after a few years my passion wained. I eventually sold the busnes, earning a nice payday in the process, making this one of my most personally gratifying projects.
Selling a service is a real option for making money online. The challenge is sourcing good people to do the work, learning what specific offer to make to the market, how to differentiate yourself so you earn good margins, how to market what you offer and how to automate the entire process so it becomes a passive income stream.

7. Paid reviews

For a brief period on my blog I invited people to submit their product, service or website for a paid review. This means they pay a fee (for my site it was $250) and I would write an article about whatever they submitted. I would not accept just anything for review, I had to see an angle that made for relevant content for my audience. Nor was a paid review a promise that I would write positively about the subject – I would highlight both good and bad points.
Initially I didn’t mind writing paid reviews as the income was pretty good in terms of how long it would take and how much I earned. I could make as much as $250 an hour, which was great at first, but as my motivation focused more on freedom and less on money, even this became a poor incentive. Plus I never did like that I was told what to write about rather than choosing subjects I enjoyed.
The challenge for you, if this method is relevant to your growth stage, is to create a website where you can command a price for paid reviews that makes it worth your time. Until your traffic is significant, charging more than $50 for a review is not realistic, so you need to build your website asset first.

8. Affiliate marketing

As my blog audience grew I began to test a method of making money I was very interested in – affiliate marketing. My first test proved positive, though initially I was disappointed that of my readership of 500 or so people (at the time), I could only sell one or two products, making $20 commission each. It wasn’t retirement money, but it was a start.
Affiliate income has gone on to become my second highest source of income in recent years, thanks in part to the increase in my audience reach. By combining my blog and email newsletter I can reach thousands of people with just one piece of content. By testing different products and recommending things I personally use myself, I’ve been able to earn as much as $50,000 in commissions selling just one product.
Affiliate marketing is possibly the single best way to make a living online because it is so hands off, can be automated easily enough and can deliver some incredible profit margins. It’s especially good when you can use affiliate marketing to recommend things in areas you are personally interested in – for example you can make money simply writing a review of a book you really wanted to read anyway and you get paid for doing what you love.
The challenge for you is figuring out what market(s) to enter, building an audience and maintaining relationships with your readers so they trust what you tell them. If you know something that other people want to know and you are prepared to share that information, you could be looking at a fairly lucrative affiliate opportunity.

9. Sell your own information products

The single most profitable income stream I have ever developed is selling my own information products. If you are a long time follower of my work you know I have created courses on how to make money with blogs and membership sites. I also have several reports, an ebook and new products on the way.
The profit margins on information products is significant, especially as you can earn money for content you created years ago. Technology makes selling information online relatively easy to automate, once you get through the learning curve. If you focus on areas you are passionate about you can build expertise and leverage that trust and credibility to make sales of your products. Best of all, all of this can happen while you sleep, once you have built the machine to do it for you.
I personally enjoy teaching, so creating my products though hard work, was an enjoyable process. Once the course was created I continued to sell it year after year to people new to the industry who want to learn how to make money with blogs.
Like with affiliate marketing, your potential to succeed selling information products rests on your ability to identify market needs, tap into audiences looking for this information and then give them what they want. There are plenty of subtleties and things to learn about, but thankfully there is plenty of guidance out there too. Digging into the  you are reading now and downloading my free reports  an are fantastic starting points if you want more help.

10. High end private coaching

I’ll end this article with something I only recently did – offer high end coaching to a select group of clients who had to apply to work with me. My program cost between $5,000 and $10,000 and I turned away more people than I accepted. This was deliberate as I knew working one-on-one with people is not something I can do with many people or I will use up all my time. However I was keen to help certain people who were in the right position so I could learn more about the challenges they face.
Private coaching, like consulting, is another situation where you trade time for dollars, but in terms of your hourly pay rate it is hard to find a higher paying “job”. Of course you don’t have to start off charging thousands of dollars. Depending on your expertise and what kind of outcome you help people achieve, will determine how much you can charge. Offering coaching for $100 per session is not out of reach for most people, and that’s not a bad starting rate if you are looking to build up your experience through helping others closely.
Again the Internet is by far the easiest and most affordable tool to attract coaching clients. In many cases you can add private coaching to many of the other methods I listed above, including selling info products you create, affiliate products, sponsorship banners and physical products.

Combine What Works For You

In my case progressing through these various methods, figuring out what I actually want from a business and then combining different methods to maximize my income and personal satisfaction has worked the best.
I recommend you follow a similar path to build your own business. Figure out what you like using the options above and other resources online, begin testing to see what works and learn more about what you enjoy, and keep at it until you find what “floats your boat” and is incredibly profitable too.
