MORDEN WAY OF INSTALLING TERRAZO FLOOR FINISHING

Terrazzo?

Surface Preparation: Surface preparation is considered to be the most important step of any resinous flooring application. Improper surface preparation could turn what seems to be a simple process into a lengthy, difficult repair. Moisture related failures can be prevented through placing new concrete over an efficient vapor barrier.Picture H1 Surface Preparation

Crack Detailing:Clear any loose concrete with shot blasting and mitigate any cracking in the concrete subfloor with a crack suppression system.Picture H2 Crack Detailing

Strip Layout:

Strip Layout can be customized to show logos, images and any creative designs. Utilize a strip for each color change, and then strips as a part of the design, and then control the expansion joints. Divider strips can be zinc, aluminum, brass or plastic in sizes of 16 ga. (1/16”), 1/8”, 1/4”. The strips should be bonded with adhesive or hot glue (no mechanically attach).Picture H3-1 Strip Layout                                           Picture H3-2 Strip Layout Finished

Mixing:Carefully measure out the “A” resinand the “B” hardener into two other containers. Always pour the “A” first and then the “B”.  Add the powder and aggregates until you get the necessary density. Utilize aggregate blend- not all one size. Aggregate Size Chart Aggregate TypesMarbleGraniteMother of PearlGlassRecycled GlassPicture 4-1 Mixing Epoxy                Picture 4-2 Mixing Aggregates with Epoxy

Pouring:The epoxy matrix is spread across the membrane with a trowel.Picture 5 Pouring

Grinding:The epoxy is ground smooth with diamonds or carborundum and plastic disks progressively from 25 to 400 grit.

Grouting:During the grinding stage, an epoxygrout is applied to remove any pinholes.

Polish and Sealer:Applying the sealer before the final wax coat and polish. So, what’s the end result of all this effort? Terrazzo installation incorporates so many steps for a very good reason. The installations we perform have at their hearts the goal of providing buildings with flooring solutions that won’t change with the seasons. Seamless installations that rely on clearly-defined metal stripping to set areas apart are more constant, remaining clean in the midst of dirty shoes and maintaining their form and shape where other substances would expand and contract. The terrazzo installation method is made to keep up appearances as well as ensure convenience. Terrazzo allows builders to approach flooring jobs in sections, leaving them with absolute control over every component. Color treatments, logos and graded variations that are impossible with the finest tile or wood flooring systems are easy to execute when terrazzo is the medium of choice. Terrazzo installations are completed simply and quickly, regardless of stain-proofing requirements, artwork inclusion or the addition of other special features. Structuring our installations so that each step is performed separately allows us to modify the end product at many points along the way. As a result, we’re able to offer our consumers low installation prices that never come at the expense of quality or the durability terrazzo is so prized for. Terrazzo is your personal gateway into the world of functional interior design. From installation to the days when your building staff permanently enjoys a clean work area that’s easy to keep up, your investment will be well-placed.

Know how is spilling over effect for four corner alliances

A Lesson in "The Spillover Effect":

When you read on the company website, it says that they use a "4 by 6 forced/fixed matrix" in the compensation plan. So, what does the "4 by 6 forced/fixed matrix" mean and how does it relate to your team building efforts?

This can be a bit tricky to understand, especially for new members. But once understood (and witnessed live in your backoffice), it's not only beautiful to see but also a very powerful team building approach.

Simply put, here is what it all means: each one of your levels can hold a specific number of people, as explained in that table we're all familiar with. The first level can only hold a maximum of 4 people, the second level a maximum of 16 people, and so forth..the system will automatically enforce that structure...

So, what happens when your first level is maxed out and you PERSONALLY sponsor a fifth person? Simple: that person will be pushed to your second level, to continue filling out your 16 second-level spots. This also means that when you look at your "Geneology Viewer" in your backoffice, that fifth person will not be attached directly beneath you; he/she will instead be attached beneath one of your 4 first-level people. You will often hear members refer to this as "the spillover effect".

The beauty of this "forced/fixed matrix" is that, that fifth (or sixth or seventh or fifteenth or onehundredth and so forth) guy will still count as being personally sponsored by you, even when they get pushed to your second or third or fourth-- and so forth-- levels, which means YOU WILL STILL RECEIVE THE 100% SPONSOR MATCHING COMMISSION from him/her regardless of where he/she ends up getting pushed to in your levels.

The second beautiful thing about this matrix is that your personal efforts will also help your team grow with you, because the spillover will give your downline ALL the benefits that will come with the team built by that spillover. The only thing the downline will miss will be the 100% Matching Commission because the spillover is not their personally sponsored member (if the downline wants their own 100% Matching Commissions, then they can personally sponsor their own members-- as many as they want). With spillovers, your success in recruiting will automatically also be your downline's success!

The big take away here in all that I've just said is this: try your best to personally sponsor as many people as you can (the top member globally has personally sponsored over 950 people to date!! Imagine that!). And if your growth strategy was to help your downline organization by finding people for them and placing those people underneath them, you really don't have to because the "forced/fixed matrix" is already doing that for you AUTOMATICALLY.

Now, imagine if your whole team understood and embraced the power of this concept!! Your growth would be INSANE!

7 WAYz oF Income streams

The 7 Income Streams:

Although most of us familiar with just two or three of the income streams available to us, 4Corners actually offers 7, namely:

1. Instant Commission - Commission you receive when a sale of the financial literacy ebooks occurs somewhere in your levels.

2.100% Matching Commission on Instant Commissions -  Commission you receive whenever those you have directly sponsored receive an Instant Commission. The big picture here is that each person you directly sponsor is potentially worth to you over $500,000 in Matching Commissions on the Instant Commissions they receive.

3. Newseletter Commission - As it's name suggests, this commission is based on newsletter subscriptions from your team. The total potential earning is over $76,000 every month. Basically no one in Tanzania has began earning this commission because our teams are still very young and the business is just starting to grow. I imagine most of us will begin to tap into this commission 4 - 6 months from now, when our teams are big enough and most people have accumulated enough commissions (and maybe even invested some of that money elsewhere) to afford these subscriptions.

4. 100% Matching Commission on Newsletter Commissions - Commission you receive whenever those you have directly sponsored receive a Newsletter Commission. The big picture here is that each person you directly sponsor is potentially worth to you over $76,000 in Matching Commissions on Newsletter Commissions they receive monthly.

5. Starien Commission - This is probably the most unfamiliar of all. Starien is an online Digital Marketing Academy. Think of it as an online university that teaches you everything there is to know about building and growing an online business (including but not limited to your 4Corners business). Like the newsletter, you have to subscribe to it in order to have access to it. As members of 4Corners, we all have access to a basic membership to Starien with some basic video tutorials to get started. For even more videos and resources, you have to subscribe to Starien's premium membership. The Starien Commission is based on Starien subscriptions from your team. The total potential earning is over $54,000 every month. Again, I imagine most of us starting to tap into this income stream within the next 6 months to a year.

6. 100% Matching Commission on Starien Commissions - Commission you receive whenever those you have directly sponsored receive a Starien Commission. The big picture here is that each person you directly sponsor is potentially worth to you over $54,000 in Matching Commissions on Starien Commissions they receive monthly.

7. Retail Profit/Commission - Yes, we can actually retail all 4Corners products-- level 1 to 6 financial literacy ebook sets, the newsletter and Starien subscriptions-- to non-members. Every member has their own retail store link (accessible from the backoffice) that they can choose to market and promote online for selling to retail customers.

These are some of the things that Starien aims to teach to its membership.

To your 4Corners success...

Regards,
Jumamijule lemah
