How to speek english smoothly try it now

The world has only so much space. When you write, your job is to use that space carefully. Some quick tips: find the right word and use it; when in doubt, cut it out; edit your work like it was written by someone you don’t like; use an active rather than passive voice. The general principle is simple: if you’ve heard a phrase more than a couple of times, and it isn’t key wording, essential in carrying meaning, or definitive in some way, try to get rid of it. You can get a good start by trying to avoid the following: there is/are/was/were it is/was that is/are/was/were which is/are/was/were who is/are/was/were You can also try to dump what I call "wazzle" (waffling and fuzzy) words, like "absolutely," "actually," "aspects," “basically," "definitely," "entirely," "extremely,""literally," "overall," "quite," "really," "situation," "truly," "ultimately," "virtually," and "very." "Could," "should," and "would" are also sometimes wazzlers. Watch out, too, for overuse of "therefore," "thus," "however," "moreover," "consequently," "nevertheless," and "hence." Save them for important turns or moments in your writing. When overused, they lose impact. Here's an analogy. Think of your writing in the same way you think about all the stuff you own. Now think of having a yard sale. What you put into your yard sale are the useless things that have been taking up space and that you have been stumbling over. At first you feel a little remorse in seeing it all go, but then, with your new, uncluttered world, you feel clean and nimble. And to complete the analogy: if no one buys your yard sale stuff, you take it to the dump. Before you go through the list, here is a challenge to put you in an anti-periphrastic mood. See how much of the following sentence, all forty-six words of it, that you can cut: Due to the fact that access to internet resources are actually at the present time very easy to access in many places, the vast majority of users seek to have those kinds of devices that are most easy to carry around with them wherever they go. How many? To check how it can be reduced to twelve words, go to the end of the list. 12 Habits Of Couples That Are Actually Happy

1. Finding peaceful resolutions to disputes.

There’s no way in any relationship, no matter how perfect, that you’re going to avoid conflict altogether. Strong couples fight. It happens! But they also find peaceful resolutions to their arguments.

2. Spending quality time.

Life can get busy for us. You have your careers, your hobbies, your friends, maybe even kids, and it can add up to a busy schedule. But the happiest couples take time out of all that for each other. They spend quality time together.

3. Helping each other grow.

In a happy relationship, both people involved want nothing more than to see the other grow. They keep an ear to the ground for new possibilities that can help their partner grow and develop.

4. Having integrity.

Happy couples can trust each other and neither party does anything to jeopardize that. They live with integrity and expect fairness and reliability of themselves.

5. Having loyalty.

Being in a relationship isn’t about spending every waking minuter together. When not together, faithfulness isn’t considered an option but a requirement.

6. Respecting one another as people.

Part of a relationship is remembering that your partner is a flesh and blood human with the same hopes and feelings you have. You may not always think what they like is worthwhile, but it’s important to respect them as people.

7. Supporting one another during hard times.

And good times too. I’m no fan of marriage personally, but “for better or for worse” are words we can apply to every relationship.

8. Reminding themselves that all relationships are different.

Every relationship is different. Each one you have in your life, if you have more than one, is going to be a little different. So it’s important to remember that you can’t apply the principles and goals of your last relationship to your current one.

9. Putting an emphasis on listening.

Listening can be hard to get out of people sometimes. Smart phones, computers, video games, distraction after distraction impedes our ability to devote our full attention to anything. Make a conscious, dedicated effort to listen to your partner.

10. Being thoughtful.

It’s an art being lost these days. Picking up some flowers after work, surprising them with a gift they really wanted – keep it interesting. Be thoughtful.

11. Turning the bad into some good.

It’s hard to do, but the happiest couples use strife to their advantage and use the bad times to improve upon the good.

12. Having realistic expectations of each other

Here’s Why You Need To Let Go Of People Who No Longer Play An Important Role In Your Lif

1. They’ve simply changed.

People do change over time. In any relationship, be it platonic or romantic, it’s important that you be able to grow with people as opposed to apart from them. If it’s the latter, it may be time to move on from the relationship.

2. There isn’t any trust or loyalty there.

If you have good reason not to trust a friend or to question the loyalty of a lover, that’s a clear sign it’s time to let go of that relationship. You have to be able to fully be yourself with the people in your life.

3. You’re feeling unclear about your relationship.

If you’re not sure what the relationship even is anymore, where you stand, and what your path forward is, that’s a pretty clear sign it’s time to let go.

4. The relationship is damaging to you.

This one is fairly obvious. You hang out with them and they leave you feeling a little blue. Maybe it’s a sign you shouldn’t see them anymore.

5. You just don’t see eye to eye.

Are you constantly arguing about everything? Can you never agree on where to go and what to do? You’re just not seeing eye to eye anymore! It might be time to let go.

6. You’re the one putting in all the effort.

I think we’ve all had a friendship like this. You call them up and maybe they’ll come have a drink with you or go for a hike. But if you don’t ever reach out, you’ll never hear from them. Yeah, it’s time to leave them behind.

7. They don’t believe in you.

I’ve had friends like this too. You get to the point where you’re no longer willing to even talk about the things in your life because they either disagree with the move or simply don’t think you’ll succeed and have no problem saying it to their faces. Yeah, time to let go.

8. The relationship just isn’t working for you.

Pretty simple, huh?

Akon Plans to Bring Solar Electricity to 600 Million People in Africa

Even those of us who are not fans of pop music and showbiz have heard the name Akon. Now, it seems that the interests and talents of this Senegalese-American RnB singer go beyond music as he is launching a major initiative with a purpose to improve the lives of millions of Africans.
The initiative called Akon Lighting Africa aims to bring solar power energy to 600 million people in rural Africa who don’t have electricity at all.
With 320 days of sunshine a year, Africa is a perfect fit for solar power but yet lacks experts and technicians who would have the knowledge necessary to bring innovative sustainable technologies to African households.
We have the sun and innovative technologies to bring electricity to homes and communities. We now need to consolidate African expertise and that is our objective,” said Samba Baithily, co-founder of Akon Lighting Africa.
For this purpose, Akon plans to open a ‘Solar Academy’ this summer in Bamako, Mali. Training and equipment provided by European specialists will give Solar Academy graduates all the necessary knowledge and skills to implement this ambitious project. In particular, the future engineers will be trained to build and maintain small power systems called “micro-grids,” which have been developing quickly in rural Africa.
Not only will this help provide African communities with electricity, but it will also create new job positions. Considering the fact that 70% of the African population is under 35 years old, this is a major step in improving the living conditions of many people in this continent.
Advertisements
We are doing more than just investing in clean energy. We are investing in human capital. We can achieve great milestones and accelerate the African transformation process on condition that we start training a new generation of highly qualified African engineers, technicians and entrepreneurs now,” said Baithily.
In fact, it’s not Akon’s first philanthropic initiative. Back in 2007, he launched a charity organization called the Konfidence Foundation, which aims to raise the levels of literacy and education among unprivileged African and American children, as well as to support and improve health conditions for poor families in Senegal, West Africa and the United States

3 Main Ways To Tell If Someone Is Lying

sure enough to call them out on it, only to find out later that you were right all along?  As much as life is about love and community and friendship, it is also about wisdom and discernment.
As nice as it would be to live in a world where everyone is honest and transparent, the truth is, we have a long way to go with that still.  Something that can really help you on your journey is being able to distinguish between a lie and a truth.  It is good to learn the ways to identify a lie NOW so that you don’t have to learn the hard way through experience later.
Whether it be a co-worker, friend, family member, or peer, here are 3 main ways to tell if someone is lying to you:

1) Their body language changes

It has been estimated that about 55% of all communication boils down to body language.  We are biologically wired to be able to read body language, and knowing how to identify specific movements and gestures is a good way to prevent yourself from falling victim to a liar.  Here are a few body language signs to look for if someone is lying:
  1. They are blinking rapidly (trying to be more convincing)
  2. They aren’t making eye contact (either out of guilt, or trying to think of a story on the spot in their head)
  3. They may put their fingers on their mouth (subconscious way to prevent them from spilling the beans)
  4. The stare at you very still without blinking (forcefully trying to remain calm)
  5. They change their head position quickly (to replicate an ‘AHA!’ moment)
These 5 things, in combination with what we are about to talk about, are signature body language behaviours that most liars display.

2) Their tone of voice changes

It is estimated that about 38% of communication involves tone, volume, flow, pitch, and speed.  They may start talking more quietly, more quickly, or stumble over their words.  They may stutter a bit as well because they are trying to make up a story as they go along.  You may also notice that they are giving you too MUCH information as an attempt to make themselves super convincing to masquerade their lies.
Their voice may carry a sense of nervousness, anxiety, or fear when there is no need for it to exist.  If you ask someone “Where were you today?” and they did nothing wrong, there is no logical reason why they should be nervous, stumble over their words, or try to overly convince you of where they were.  Body language combined with tone of voice accounts for the majority of human communication, and learning how to read both of these will give you a huge leg up.

3) Their energy field changes

It is estimated that the remaining 7% of communication is verbal in nature and consists of words.  These numbers, by the way, come from a study done by professor of psychology Dr. Albert Mehrabian which tested verbal and non-verbal communication.  If someone lies and says “I don’t have a problem with you!”, he concluded that 93% of the communication could be picked up by the tone of voice and body language.
I personally think 7% is too high of a number, because his studies failed to include other important ingredients which are just as scientific.  Intuition, pre-cognition, and empathy.  A lot of people identify with being an empath, meaning they can literally feel the thoughts and feelings another person is having.  If you have a strong intuition and are empathetic in nature, I would argue that you can discern the remaining 9% using these tools alone, leaving only 1% to actual words.
How does it feel in your stomach and in your heart?  Does it feel similar to how you felt a separate time when someone was lying to you?  If you are standing with them, pay attention to how their energy field feels.  Is it one of defense, lies, and manipulation?
Science tells us that body language and tone make up the majority of a person’s communication, and experience tells us that intuition and empathetic ability can account for majority of the rest.  Spiritually speaking, 100% of communication is non-verbal.  It’s all communicated through the energy field and through the thought field.  If you are in touch with that aspect of yourself, and combine that with this new knowledge about tone of voice and body language, you are well equipped to see through the veils of deception.
Hope this helps!

10 Things You Need To Remember If You Love Someone With Anxiety

1. They’re cool as heck.

People with anxiety are still people, just like you and me. They’re still pretty awesome people. No need to treat them any differently.

2. It’s not a limitation.

Their anxiety isn’t necessarily ideal, but it’s also not to be seen as a limitation.

3. Sometimes they flee.

Like introverts, there are times that people with anxiety need to flee from you and the world as a whole. They need time to recharge and center themselves.

4. Sometimes they ignore you.

But don’t take it personally. People with anxiety aren’t always up for interacting with you or anyone else. They need their alone time to deal.

5. Change can be hard.

Any change, big or small, can be difficult for a person with anxiety to manage. If you’re going through a large change, like a move for example, be conscious of the fact that it may effect the person you love with anxiety in some profound and sometimes undetectable ways.

6. Your companionship is important.

They may not always be social butterflies and they may need time away from you, but your companionship is important to them. However…

7. They don’t need you to worry if they’re panicking.

While you’re companionship is important, they don’t need your worry. Chances are, the person you love with anxiety has found ways to cope on their own, and it probably doesn’t involve you fretting over them.

8. They know their anxiety is sometimes irrational.

But it doesn’t make it any less real. They definitely don’t need you to tell them that they’re getting worked up over nothing. They probably know.

9. They get overwhelmed easily.

So when the person you love with anxiety needs to withdraw, let them. It’ll only be temporary.

10. They’re more than the sum of their anxiety.

Here’s What This Line On Your Hand Reveals About Your Personality And Life

Here’s What This Line On Your Hand Reveals About Your Personality And Life

We’ve all heard palm readers try to tell us what the different lines on our hands actually mean, but they’re often rather off. For thousands of years, people have read palms to try to tell a person’s character and emotions. To be clear, the heart line begins near the middle of your hand at the edge of your palm and ends toward the pinky finger.
Which heart line is yours?
1) If this is your heart line, you’re the ambitious one! You’re independent, intelligent, and have a lot of good qualities when it comes to judgement and making decisions. You may have a selfish, materialistic outlook on life though. Use your good qualities to better your community and yourself.
2) If this is your hear line, you’re more considerate, kind, and trustworthy with people. You tend to give away your heart a little too freely. It may take work, but it’s important to know when to be guarded.
3) If this is your heart line, you tend to be content and confident in your love life, whether you’re single or in a relationship. You’re happy every way.
4) This one was my heart line! You’re patient, caring, calm, warm-hearted and full of good intentions. You’re the charitable type. This one read me like a poem!
